Auckland apartment developer and manager Sanctuary Group ask Vistagate to help with the high demands of over 1000 users over 3 sites
In the first phase of the project it was critical to replace the existing time based billing platform on the site with something that reflect the needs of the users, which is high bandwidth demand and that’s expensive given NZ’s geographical location
Changing the billing to pre-pay using tokens and credit card billing also ensures that both the site managers and the users know where they are with managing costs
“Once we get an opportunity to analyse the usage we can really tailor the plans and bandwidth to meet the site” says Vistagate engineer Elliot Pahl who is spending much of his time working on the next release of the Vistagate billing engine named V2.
